Most people will be familiar with the whisky, castles and golf for which Scotland is rightly lauded but the scottish restaurant, many of which are consistently awarded critical and culinary acclaim, are at the forefront of maintaining the scottish reputation for hospitality and service.

The Country has taken Indian and Italian food to its heart and the country is awash with fine examples of both. The quality and range of Indian restaurants is particularly impressive and the popular Tikka Massala Indian dish originated in Glasgow.
